All refund and return arrangements are formulated based on food product characteristics and standard e-commerce trading rules, aiming to protect the legitimate rights and interests of every customer while ensuring standardized service procedures.
Eligible Refund Conditions Customers are eligible to apply for a full or partial refund if the received chocolate products have confirmed quality issues, including abnormal taste, deterioration, expired shelf life, incomplete products, or severe packaging damage caused by logistics transportation. Refund applications are also acceptable for incorrect orders delivered due to our official processing errors.
Non-Refundable Situations Due to the perishable nature of chocolate food products, refunds will not be granted for subjective reasons including personal taste dissatisfaction, inappropriate gift matching, or changed personal gifting plans after order delivery. Refunds are also unavailable for products damaged by improper personal storage, high-temperature exposure after delivery, or man-made damage. Opened, consumed or partially used chocolate gift sets do not support return and refund services.

Shipping Fee Rules For refund applications caused by our product quality problems or official order errors, the corresponding return shipping fees will be borne by our platform.
